We used The Cleaners Wanaka to support the recent clear-up after our wedding in Lake Hawea and they were absolutely fantastic. Good communication before, during and after the appointment, very efficient and focused from the moment they arrived, and they did a very thorough and professional job. I have to agree that the price was extremely high for the level of service received. We made the mistake of leaving them unsupervised, and received a shocking bill as a result, as well as finding at least one area uncleaned. I would not recommend.
Owner does not know how to rate their pricing correctly and cancelled job at the last minute, if you want a reliable cleaning service at a reasonable price this is not this one for you.

Overpriced service and not happy to take responsibility for their mistakes. Cleaning is reasonably good. Not suitable /reliable for ongoing holiday home type unsupervised jobs but supervised works for one off cleans etc should be fine.
Great service. Fast and reliable. Was great to stay in a holiday home that keeps the look and feel of a first class hotel. Keep up the great work. Will recommend them to anyone.
Mum's been very pleased with the cleaning so thank you for that, it has really helped when I couldn't be there.
This company is managed fantastically bad! Originally we were quoted $40 and hour by email but after 3 hours of the cleaners being we invoiced $380! We were then told that the price was $40 per cleaner, per hour. Something that was not made clear and we protested. In an email response our protest was ingnored, so we called the director Val. She was rude and would not listen to us and even hung up the phone. Do not use these cleaners!
