I wish I had read the reviews before going. I had an appointment at 1pm with these guys. When I got there I was told it would take 1 hour. I came back after a hour and half and they had not even started .... did I say I had an appointment? I had to wait for another hour. And the wash was extremely rushed as it was getting close to 4pm. And I had to be somewhere at 4pm... boy was I surprised when I had a chance to look at what was done. The dirt were mixed with wipe marks all over in the interior, especially the door trims and places you have to look to look. The dash board looked fine at first, but after couple of hours, it looked like it rained inside ... If not for the fact I have moved to this area and was looking for a valet close, I would not have used these guys. To all those looking to try their services, please do yourselves a favor and go somewhere else. Trust me, you are not special, you will not get decent service here.
I had used this service before and wasn't really happy with the service but thought I would like to give it another try. I was able to get a car wash with no appointment book which I thought was great. After 3 hours I came and collected my car. It wasn't as clean as I was expecting I got 2nd most expensive car deals the place offered with lot of extras on top of it . I ran to trouble as I was about to leave, the staff was helpful but I disagree by what they told me yes I got my car check out and it was explained what could had caused it. Nothing wrong with the car but what had happened while car was being cleaned!. Overall experience I don't think I would ever go back to this place. One in Henderson mall same company or the car wash by northwest mall do better job than the one I had done today for similar or cheaper price.Services: Car waxing
