I just had the best cheese scone I've ever had The other bits we had were delicious too. They have an enticing cabinet selection, as well as a good looking menu and fresh bread loaves which we didn't partake in but looked great. I can see why they're so popular, it's a real gem!
I visited this lovely bakery with my husband while on a trip to the Wairarapa. There was a large selection of food available for us to try. We both ordered scones and I had a chocolate danish, really tasty and fresh. I hope to return in the future.
Delicious bakery just 5 minutes outside of Carterton. Ample parking and seating. Sourdough bread and kouign aman were spot on. Visited twice in 3 days!
I passed this place with a huge waiting line and turned around. When there are so many people it must be special. And it was. The easter hot cross doughnuts are second to none. It was amazing. Thanks to the team and for finding this place. It will not be the last visit.

Delicious! Obvious why they have won so many awards! Plus it's in a historic building with indoor / outdoor seating. Couldn't ask for anything more!
