Thank god, you made our anniversary. I was afraid that I don’t get a fresh cake in NZ since I got scammed in South Auckland. Thankfully, I called them to order and they said we can directly go and buy. There were various options and designs of cake and I got one for us. May be because of the evening, I saw a lot of pink or blue cakes on the showcase which may have been customised for boy/girl birthday.
My family have been buying from Cheesecake shop Pukekohe basically all my life, they never disappoint. Recently I went in to buy a cake for my nephew and I was greeted so warmly by a nice asian girl. I was unsure on what cake to buy but the girl offered to help me decide as she said she had younger brothers. Costumer service is excellent and of course the cakes are delicious. In the end my nephew LOVED the cake which i’m not surprised about. Thanks guys keep up the great work!! :
I am very disappointed with the cake that I ordered for my daughter’s birthday. Totally wrong order and the cake was not fully cooked through. Very rude staff at customer service saying they can’t be wrong. Absolutely pathetic service. Thanks for ruining my daughter’s birthday. Never going back or recommend any family or friends. Should give a a confirmation proof of order on receipt to avoid calling your customer a lair.
Very disappointed in the Carrot Cake. It was more like a dry sponge with flecks of carrot and the odd sultana. It use to be so good years ago. It was always moist and looked like a carrot cake is suppose to. Before the cheesecake shop was in Pukekohe l use to go to Takanini to get one and it never disappointed us it was so good. Sorry but would definitely not recommend the carrot cake now.
We wanted a jungle themed cake. Claire was awesome and she custom made a jungle cake from a picture we got from website. Our daughter and friends loved the cake. No reason not to give them 5 stars. My family has been buying cakes from here for everyone's birthdays since the cheesecake shop first opened. Probably 100 cakes. Always delicious. Thanks cheesecake shop pukekohe
Another great addition to the Pukekohe area! Go-to place for custom cakes for any occasion. Although they are called cheesecake shop, they do have a large selection of traditional sponge cakes also, which I recommend over the cheesecakes.
They ruined my son's day. I ordered a simple whitevanilla cake with blue patterns on the edges on 24th dec for 28th dec. They made a blue cake full of food color. I never asked for jam filling but it was there and writing on the top, It looked so ugly it almost made me cry. But I still didn't react. When I told them it's not what I ordered, they started saying that it's not possible as it was their owner who took the order and she won't take it wrong. I didn't wanted to upset myself more so I paid for it and left. I had to buy another cake for him. But could not find a big cake as he wanted so he had to cut a small cake for his 10th birthday. I ordered a Black Forest Torte online A few weeks before lockdown but just getting to the review now. It was beautiful to look at and tasted delicious. We accidentally ended up with someone else bring a cake for only a few of us , so had some left to get through but it was just as good the next day. Was ready well within time and would definitely buy again
