Purchased the “Sprinkles and Stars” cake for my son’s 2nd birthday. The staff member who took my order over the phone was very professional and helpful and we had a very happy little boy! Thank you.
The cakes I want are never in stock, they don't sell alot of their cakes per slice which seems silly considering they sell coffee and have chairs n tables where ppl can sit like a mini cafe it would be nice to buy slices of rainbow cake, the owners fight loudly in asian behind the work area, I've waited 20 minutes for a coffee with only one customer Infront of me, not good and they aren't that friendly, by far the worst cheesecake shop I have been to so far do not recommend
A whole shop full of YUMMM!! Coffee to go, sausy rolls too! Eat in or take out. Single serve slices up to full cakes. Nice clean store. Pleasant team
First time to this place. Let me tell you, the cake is good and the service is great. Planning to come back next time my family and I are in Whangārei.
We purchased a carrot cake which in the past has been nice but on this occasion it was awful. It was like a sponge cake with a little bit of grated carrot, a few raisins and that was about it. No flavour. Not sure if you have changed the recipe but if you have go back to the original. At this stage I will never buy one from here again.
The choc mint birthday cake was outstanding. The service was also good! One of our to-go places from now on.

we have ordered 2x birthday cakes in the last 30 days. 1st cake april 29 was ordered and paid for online 2 weeks prior, went to pick up on the day and they told me they didnt have the cake and that my only option would be to buy one from in the cabinet which were more expensive and i had to pay the extra cost 2nd cake went to pick up today...again ordered and paid for online prior, went to pick up and they gave me a totally different cake. when i asked them for the cake i ordered, they realized thier error and then asked me to return a few hours later for my cake. I wnt back at the agreed time...waited ANOTHER 30 mins, and they forgot to do the "happy birthday" message i paid for...another 15 mins they gave me the "completed" cake and the writting looked a mess!! i took photos because i absolutely could not believe it!! the staff were not helpful or evwn apologetic- why accept online orders and the money if you cant deliver what you promise?
