I took my teenage kids to The Cave Papamoa and had an absolute blast! The VR setups were incredible – super immersive and easy to use, with a great range of games and experiences to choose from. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made sure we were all set up and comfortable before diving in.nnIt was awesome seeing the kids get right into it, and even better joining in myself – definitely not just for the younger crowd! The whole place has a cool, modern vibe and everything ran smoothly. Perfect family outing, and we’ll definitely be back.nnHighly recommend if you’re in Papamoa and looking for something fun, unique, and memorable to do with the family!
Totally amazing experience!!! My son has autism and I was worried that he might become overstimulated so advised the staff before the session. They were absolutely amazing and did so much to make sure he felt comfortable, e.g. getting him a chair to settle him, changing games when he reacted. They were supportive of his needs and made sure the games were enjoyable but didn't cause distress. On top of that, the VR experience itself was incredible with a whole range of games he could choose from. They also made sure his big sister was able to enjoy her own separate games. My biggest thanks to the staff at The Cave Tauranga for a truly great day out for our family. They can get real busy so make sure to book in advance.
Had a fantastic escapism session with our crew at The Cave Papamoa. The space was well suited to our needs, plenty of space to chill and plenty of VR options to suit all. Some great experiences for team building and just rest & cinematic exploration. The Cave team were super helpful and encouraging, loading games/experiences to suit the needs of our team. Highly recommended for a day out with the crew or family.

The variety of activities offered, including the virtual reality sessions and escape rooms, provided a fun and immersive experience for my staff and me.nnThe staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we were all set up and ready to enjoy our adventures. The facility was clean and well-maintained, which added to the overall positive and fun atmosphere.nnI especially loved the VR Escape room Alice in Wonderland, and we can't wait to visit again to try more of their offerings. This place is perfect for gatherings, whether it's a birthday party, corporate event, or just a fun outing with friends.nnHighly recommend The Cave Papamoa for anyone looking for a unique and entertaining experience in Papamoa!
My Son has had his birthday twice with his mates the past two years. My Brother business have workshop meetings there! Great VR Entertainment the best in the whole country. Great prices for Birthdays… The best gaming VR session only in Papamoa. Great staff, great fun cheers guys. Fully recommend booking ahead as most times are busy.
