Went here today and was impressed with the local dealership vibe and personality the place has. Ive been shopping for a car for about a month and also checked out bigger car dealerships. Ive never liked the whole high pressure sales teams at those big dealerships where they pass you around to 3 salespeople before talking about numbers. There's something that just feels right about buying a car locally from someone that lives in the area, plus only having to deal with one person from start to end is nice. I'd recommend this place as they are very professional. I don't think they sell new cars, its used & preowned only. They also offer warranties, service, buy here pay here and other financing options which I liked. Ask for Matt, he owns the place he seems to cares about customer satisfaction and loyalty more than making a quick sell. I tried to take a lot of good pictures, hope they help anyone thinning about going here.
I went to this dealership on 01/28 and financed a new vehicle, its now 03/21 and I still have not received my plates for my car. I was contacted a week after I had bought my car by Sam via phone call and text saying I needed to come back to the office, I missed a signature on the application for the plates. When I spoke to him he asked if I had already bought the car, my response was yes and he disconnected the call. So I drove up to the dealership and was told no everything was signed and they were just waiting on the plates. I called several times after that and was told my application was in process, and the state was "backed up". So I called down to Austin to check the status of the application, they had no record and suggested I call Dallas County Tax Office. Dallas County also had no record of my application. I called back to The Car Network to see what was going on. I was told they had a new "runner" and my application for my plates couldn't be submitted to the state until I showed proof I had made my first payment on my car. My dealership tags are now about to expire on the 03/29. I've never heard of a dealership needing proof of first payment to get plates for a vehicle, especially when I'm financed through a bank not the dealership.

I went to the car network really needing a vehicle. After being given the normal run around at every other dealership we visited walking into this place was a breath of fresh air. Luis was the sales person that helped me and not only his professionalism but his thorough explanations on each and every question I had was so reassuring. I’ll be referring any and everyone to The Car Network!
I would like to start with how helpful and quick Sam and Luis where to get me in a reliable and decent priced used truck I have been looking for a decent truck to be able to able to haul things and move stuff around when needed and I tell you Sam and Luis where quick to put me in a ram 1500. I’m definitely going to be going back to get my self a personal truck in the future. Thanks to the car network team on helping me out and being so helpful and friendly.
Wonderful experience got a great vehicle, and also have the luxury of a veteran of the army take care of us. Great experience.
