The only dedicated butchers shop in Greymouth and Hokitika, we are 100% family owned and operated. We believe in premium quality meat cuts and hand made small goods. Our butchers have a range of experience, in Australia and NZ, from over 40 years to our junior apprentice just learning the ropes.
