$52 per kg for ribeye? Great meat but for that price? Just because you call it "reserve grade" doesn't justify charging $20 more per kg than other local sellers.
We can thoroughly recommend the Butchers Mistress. The service is always excellent and the quality of the meat is first class. They are willing to go the extra mile to please their customers. Keep up the good work!
Amazing service and incredible food! We got a few different types of sausages and a couple pieces of ribeye and sirloin...out of this world delicious! The meat is so fresh and of great quality for extremely reasonable prices.
Staff are very helpful and friendly and professional, prices are reasonable and affordable for the quality of the meat. A good variety of products that you can buy as well.
Wonderful choice of meat and small goods. Good advice always available. Everything looks fantastic. Worth a look. Good value for the quality.
I don’t really have an opinion on the meat...it’s no different to any other butchers shop.... But I do know this is not a good employer. Good people are definitely not looked after here.. Especially the city store.
The last 2 reviews were completely wrong! I was one of the people who served this man. He was extremely rude and out of line. We did not complain about how big his deer was it was only 30kg. We carried it into the shop and weighed it ourselves. He rang up and aggressively said to us on the phone that we told him it would be ready on the 5th, which was false as we opened for the new year on the 6th. We did not lose his deer, we have many customers with home kill and wild game meat in our chillers and freezers which sometimes makes it hard to find things. But we did find it shortly after he came in. He also rang up my boss and verbally abused her and was swearing to her when she was in at our town shop in the riverside market which made it hard for her to help as managing 2 places at once can be difficult. But she did all that she could to help this man.
Extremely poor service. Susposed to process wild game but complain that a carcass is too big when you go to drop it off there. They had my deer for over 2 weeks and phoned to say it was ready. Went there and they had lost my deer..... Then they finally found it and it still needed processing. Extremely poor service and understaffed. Would not reccomend!!!
Great range of quality meats! Always friendly service and excellent value bird feeders!
