Fantastic service, very sweet and friendly staff, Tomas took very good care of our party! We had a private room, ideal for a birthday celebration, we asked for some candles and they placed it on a desert! It was really kind of them. Good assess to toilets, wide corridor for the accessible toilet. Overall fantastic food, lovely decor and reallly friendly and kind staff! I can't wait to go again.

Very nice place, with excellent service and above all, delicious food. I had a vegan meat that really tasted like beef, I could not make any difference with real beef. This was a lovely experience.

Birthday COCKTAILS!! Celebrating with cocktails at this beautiful restaurant/bar. We visited Botanist Bar just today. We were taken to our seats in the Bar area which was lovely decorated with an flowerd arch way. The cocktails were very tasty and full of flavour and nicely presented.

I wouldn't leave a bad review without first having spoken to the staff, but unfortunately they were very unhelpful. We visited today 07/08, and we had a reservation. We ordered food and after 40 minutes we asked where it was, and they said "sorry the kitchen is slow" with no explanation. After an hour our food finally arrived, but with no apology. Also it was only at this time that one of the waitresses told us that a side dish we wanted wasn't even available, with no offer of anything else to replace it. Service was seriously lacking today - considering we had a reservation and the restaurant wasn't full, I expected a lot better. Service was also automatically added to the bill which I thought was really cheeky.

We popped into the Botanist for a drink before went elsewhere for dinner. It's a fascinating place - cosy, intimate and with an interesting selection of greenery! The beer selection wasn't bad but a G&T was twice as expensive. What was irritating was being asked to tip the bartender when paying for the round by card. At the end of the day I am buying a drink and not expecting to pay extra for the service. It like the optional service charge tax for meals which although optional has become obligatory.

I was gutted that the lady who took my reservation completely forgot about my request. Booked the table for my son birthday and wanted prosecco upon arrival in my table as a surprise for him, the lady said she noted and we arrived nobody brought us the prosecco. I kept waiting for it thinking will bring later with other drinks that we've ordered and still didn't come. I didn't expect this to happen. I wasn't impressed about the drinks either yet the food was delicious. At least the chefs did a good job. Thanks for them.

Delicious cocktails and food with a good vegan selection, great atmosphere too. The staff is friendly and attentive, really pleased with the service provided by our waiter Alex!

We came here as part of a bigger party for a few drinks. The cocktails were delicious and not too overly priced. The atmosphere was great, decoration was very pretty and service was good too.

It’s a pretty nice place! Opens at 12nn just right for lunch time. Their recommended Kebabs are absolutely good! It’s a must try price is reasonable.

After a very unwelcoming experience at Bill’s we tried to find another dog friendly place to have food. Felt really welcome here by all the lovely waitresses and my dog Pickle loved all the attention : picture of pickle from another day attached. The food was also a lot better than Bills.
