Fantastic service. A few weeks back, when shopping at House of Fraser, I approached Amber for some info re. Eyebrows waxing. She was very knowledgeable, very kind and answered all my questions. I booked an appointment and had my first visit today. I can only praise the service received. Amber is very professional, she listens to what her customers want and provides excellent advise. I only came to Benefit because of that initial discussion and the good feeling I had with Amber. After today, I will not consider having my Eyebrows waxed and tinted by anyone else. I bought a bundle and will be going back on a regular basis. I fully recommend Amber's services. She is extremely professional and very caring towards her customers.

First time attending this specific brow bar, was served by Becky. Had a tint and wax, couldn't be happier with my experience. I been to 5 other bars and she was the first member of staff that made me feel fully comfortable she was so friendly and it was such a pleasant experience she listened to everything I said and even helped me find additional products not trying to sell me everything but listening to what I really wanted. I hope this praise gets passed on and i look forward to my next appointment in 6 weeks! Fully recommend this bar to everyone especially if its your first time!!
