My booking was responded to with a query about my sincerity and questioning my character. Suggesting that I could be turned away at the door if I was deemed unsuitable. They offered me the chance to cancel as there were other clients needing a room. They were interested in why I was wanting to stay there as I live locally. They also mentioned they were a respectable establishment and didn't want people to be hooking up there for one night trysts. When I said I was recovering from surgery they told me it wouldn't suit as there were stairs. I didn't mention the type of surgery. Thoroughly rude and worst response from a business ever. Will not recommend and will never go there.
