I booked via the the booking system today for a 1:30pm appointment, but upon arrival, the door was locked the the store appeared closed. I called two different numbers listed on the store itself and on the website. The first call was not answered. However, the call on the second number was answered with the response: "who are you?". I responded by asking if the person talking was from the barbershop joint. At this point, the person ended the call. I called that same number again with no response. After going to a nearby barbershop, they disclosed that someone had come in an hour earlier with the exact same experience. I find this to be incredibly unprofessional and wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
World class barbers! I was in Auckland for the weekend so I google searched barbers. Nothing like out-right 5 star reliability. Probably the best fade I've ever had. Even keen to travel 2 and a 1/2 hours once or twice a month for this quality. Thanks again fellas see you in a month.
Booked online system. Showed up on time and got told it was last cut and must be for the other barber, the online booking system. Website says 6pm close. Booked for 5 and 530pm and didn't get seen for 2 kids that we booked.
