Alternative Bread is so tasty & moist! Far superior to supermarket gluten free bread. I ran a vegan burger workshop and used their burger baps, which was perfect and in keeping with the theme. Also I can make two loaves out of one bag, which I thought was good value! Highly recommend
Really really good gluten-free products. It tastes delicious and is easy to use. All the recipes turn out perfectly. These are cinnamon scrolls made with the spicy fruit bread mix. Highly recommend
These bread mixes are amazing!! The best gluten free and Low FODMAP optional bread around. The mixes are versatile, and you get the satisfaction of homemade bread. The bulk mixes come with little recipe cards so when you pop into bulk containers, you don’t lose your sacred texts! Such a thoughtful and practical detail. The service is friendly and delivery fast with the product being well presented. Can’t wait to bake my next loaf!
We love The Alternative Bread Company bread. The kids love making it with me and it’s so easy. So grateful to find a soft and delicious alternative to expensive store brought options for our allergy kids.
I started getting Alternative Bread mix during lockdown when bread was hard to get and now I am completely converted and can't stand to eat anything else. I make a loaf every week and it's so yummy. When my family has homemade burgers I make myself muffin splits or even just get ones I previously made out of the freezer. They are really good and so easy for camping or travelling. Thank you Ruth
The bread mix is nothing short of magic. I have tried to make bread years ago and it turned out like a brick and that was wheat bread so I did not hold out a lot of hope for this gluten free blend. I am a convert, the bread i make with this turns out great every time and is the best tasting gluten free bread I have ever had. The communication and customer service is second to none also. I am so glad to have found a bread mix that is gluten free and made with real ingredients .
I love this bread mix, it makes the best gluten free bread I have eaten. It is so versatile, and I regularly use it to make bread, rolls, and the kids favourite, cinnamon scrolls! We can't be without it and all our non gluten free friends love it too.
Brought the spicy fruit bread mix as well as the wholesome bread mix products a winner never have I been able to find a bread that is so nice and soft just like eating bread with gluten unfortunately I have just been told I can not have anything with Psyllium Husk. Another thing to add to my list.
I have been GF for 20+ year and I purchased the wholemeal and spicy fruit bread mixes and so far I have made some spicy fruit bread and it is sensational.....tomorrow it will be a loaf of wholemeal. Thank you for making GF easy and tasty!
Easiest to make bread out there. Ruth has helped me so much on this Coeliac train, with so many helpful hints and advice. My order arrives so quickly considering we are opposite ends of the country. I also love the fact I know all the ingredients and no plastic packaging. And best of all it tastes delicious!
