I went in today to get the worst haircut of my life fixed Don’t go to Just Cuts. I’ve always been quite anxious to get my hair cut and decided to go to Just Cuts to get it over and done with, big mistake! Thankfully Ilona had space to fit me in quickly. She had her work cut out for her with my shelf-like thick choppy layers and just no consistency to the length at all. A complete mess to deal with. But she took her time to assess it and communicate a game plan with me.nnIlona was amazing. I’ve walked out with the best haircut experience I’ve had, feeling so comfortable and just gleaming. She pulled off such a great haircut recovery. I’m so relieved. Plus so glad I’ve found someone I’d feel completely safe to go to. Thank you so much
