Just a wonderful experience. Nothing covered required experienced technique or imported ingredients, in fact the reliance on local, seasonal produce was great to see. All recipes provided and great hints and tips. Bonus is the fact most things could be made ahead for assembling later. Lou and Ant provided a fantastic experience and i want to come back. Soon!
If you ever want to do a wonderful thing as a couple then organise to go with your spouse to the Akaroa Cooking School. Lou and Ant are the kindest nicest most amazing chefs and they will customise your day to make sure it is just perfect! We had the most amazing time with you and learnt so much cooking and scoffing 5 beautiful courses in 4 hours. Cannot wait to do it again. Thanks you so much.
Inspired! We recently spent a fantastic day 6+ hours at th Akaroa Cooking School. We have been before, and will visit again. It is the best value day of entertainment and fantastically delicious food you will find. We have always met lovely people with a common facsination With great cuisine.
Such a wonderful experience. Ant, Lou, and Leanne are such wonderful hosts. Food was divine. Great selection of wine. Comfortable setting. Learnt lots and enjoyed eating with new friends.
All I can say is WOW what a fantastic time we had at our French Cooking class We were welcomed by our Hostess and made to feel at home. We had beautiful food plenty of laughs along the way. We will be back. Many thanks Robyn, Rhonda, Michele
The location was perfect, the food and wine was perfect - the hosts were exceptional. I highly recommend Ant and Lou's cooking school to anyone wanting to have the best day of their lives.
The coarse was a gift from my Daughter, we both went and had a wonderful time. Came away inspired ! ! Can't recommend the experience highly enough and I love the cook book.
