I came across TheAdvisory Gavin Brazg website by accident and am I glad I did!! They offer free, independent advice on all aspects of home selling. In my case I was looking to sell my home for cash more quickly and with more certainty than the traditional estate agent open market route which meant that I was looking at the fast cash house buyers industry. Until I read TheAdvisory's eye-opening guide "Find the best fast cash house buyers" I hadn't realised quite what a minefield the 'Quick Sale' industry actually is and that it is not regulated by any government body. TheAdvisory’s guide spells it all out in no uncertain terms! I requested TheAdvisory's free recommendations for reputable fast cash home buyers there are a few and they recommended two companies which had both passed TheAdvisory's 15 point vetting process ie ‘ADVISORY APPROVED'. I approached both companies and received an offer from them both. I took the next steps with both companies until it reached the point where I had to choose one or other. I chose one of them and the whole sale process went like clockwork. Having read online some of the horrors others have suffered at the hands of disreputable, untrustworthy or fake 'Quick Sale' companies, I can't thank TheAdvisory enough for their invaluable advice. I wholeheartedly recommend their website as the start point for anyone thinking of selling their home, whether by the traditional route or the 'Quick Sale' route.

We recently looked into using a property buying company to sell a property. Had never used one before and really did not know much about them. Found a recommendation for The Advisory online and contacted Gavin. He could not have been more helpful. He looked at all the documentation we had received and even phoned us back to discuss our position. His advice was grounded, sensible and balanced.
