Easy to book. Friendly staff. The Lamb Shank was a stand out dish... never disappoints.Hubbys steak was on the "blue" side rather than medium rare. luckily he didn't really mind. Relaxed place to take the family.
I think we've found our favourite meat restaurant! Despite the used furniture, the atmosphere is familial and suit perfectly with Sundays vibes . The prices are fair. When we enter the place, the barman stops his duty to welcome us which is unusual and pleasant Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is a double door, but the doors are heavy. There's a lot of space between the tables and the alleys are large enough for wheelchairs.
Absolutely loved everything about this place,we went to celebrate a birthday and it was the best environment for all, kids had fun things to do, and all they can eat dessert. Myself I totally enjoyed my meal and because I was in control of cooking it was the icing on the cake. If you're looking for a family friendly place look no further, thanks to all the staff who served us on the 7th of April you were amazing and chef's are top notch
Took my wife out for lunch and man what a highly recommended place to go too. Honestly her ribs meal devine, my Geiness pie meal mouth watering, seafood chowder for starters and mushrooms Aracini all delicious and to finish of with a Chocolate Sundae. Happy satisfied Wife makes me know I made the best choice ever. Keep up the great work guys your awesome
Good bar , went to watch state of origin 2 there and owner was more than happy stay open for us and im sure he was glad he did as a lot more people arrived and created awesome atmosphere. Highly recommend for a friendly beer with a mate to watch sport
Been there multiple times before, enjoyed it every time. But last night on the other hand, absolutely not. Was told where our table was, not taken to it. Took a while to be served. Kids drinks took longer than the adults. Food was not as good as it used to be. Asked for two medium rare steaks, they were both cooked well over well done. One steak was eaten as the person was hungry. The other was not touched. No one came to ask how everything was, ask if we would like another drink. Oh and the table wasn't cleared and weren't asked for dessert. Went to pay and told the manager on duty how it went and how we felt, just got a smile back and "that's fine". Sorry but you've lost a few of regular customers now. Honestly wouldn't expect a response like that especially from a duty manager. Yeah not so much of a happy bunch after that experience, and after paying the bill for just sitting around waiting for service :/
New owners? I visited lastnight, The meals we had lastnight like we do everytime we come here have definitely changed smaller. the guy at the bar was just walking around talking on his phone never seen him before so he definitely is new, will not be coming back here anymore!Food: 1/5
Food was great, although a few of our sides were mucked up which was quickly fixed and everyone enjoyed their meals. The stone grill was a big hit and the cocktails were deliciousFood: 5/5
Dropped in for a burger and beer as part of Wellington on a plate. Guy who took order at the bar was inviting. Service was fast, and a number of seating options. Outdoors eating area probably set up for summer. Covered outdoor area set up for smokers. Burger was a bit smaller than I expected tasted OK, they had sold out of the matching beer. Disabled carpark out the front and entrance is wheelchair accessible. They have a kids menu and a happy hour, see photos. Set up is relaxed, small pool table $2 per game. I will go back again. I forgot to add the do coffee also.
Service was not great and under-staffed. Milkshake made with cheap ice cream. Steak was fine. Chips contained some fresh, but mostly reheated wedges.
