The drivers are very polite and lovely

Was fairly prompt. Driver was pleasant enough

Prompt curtious service...helpful supporting elderly ppl in and out of cab..carry groceries to the doorstep...awesome local taxi service..will highly recommend using their public service.

Got supermarket to call for taxi and was told he would be about 15 minutes. He arrived within a reasonable amount of time. Didn't time him but at a guess I would say he was close.   Pleasant  young man. Helpful and good driver. Fare was reasonable as well.

Mohan is very unprofessional, giving Thames taxi and bad name for me. Being an ACC client he doubted my claim, and insinuated being dishonest when evidence was available. Hung up on me several times and took atleast 6 phonecalls to get his name. No good mate

Called on a Friday night for a taxi home and the call was answered promptly with the taxi arriving in less than five minutes. Very efficient service and a reasonable fare. Will definitely use again!
