Am not coping today wanting my script for fluoxetine booked it 2 days ago wait for over half an hour for script staff not helpful although they could see I was losing it and was highly strung and ready to erupt which I did and then after being told to leave 5 mins later script is ready really …. Who does that to someone the only thing good about Thames Medical is the pharmacy staff efficient, friendly, and always helpful..,. It’s like you not to expect any help from medical staff they will wish I had moved on but I am not will be back there on Monday for my appointment
The reception staff have been awful every time I’ve been there. Rude and disinterested. Don’t go during Covid lockdown. They are so obsessed with their protocols that you will be an absolute inconvenience. The doctor was ok but also not particularly fussed. The lady at the medicine dispensary is the exception. Super kind, friendly and helpful.
Booked an appointment and took time off work to come just too be brushed off and not listened too by the rude Dr Jouan. She had the biggest attitude like I had done something wrong. Also pretty sure I got over charged when I usually pay $18 to see a doctor and got charged $25 so that’s cool. Waste of my time Never coming back again!
My bloodtest was booked for 9:30 but I ended up waiting till 11.
Been our family doctor for 14 years now. Always provides a good service for all of us.
