Loved this place! Very informative staff, interesting facts, got to pan for gold you have to buy a bag to pan, $15, guaranteed gold flakes though $20pp, plus the cost of a bag to pan. Guided tour through a mine shaft too. Loved it 100% if you're there, definitely go see
One of the interesting experiences at the gold mine. The whole journey was informative on how mining was carried out in olden times. The guide helped us to understand the process with excellent details.
Tour only took about 10 minutes or so, not exactly what I had in mind. Getting to know the history about how it started though was pretty cool! Our tour guide was great and very informative. Once finished we were given a map of the premises to go wandering around and check out different things. For me personally not my sort of thing but feel free to go and have a look for yourself!
What a great tour. Our guide Suzannah was so good. Made it fun as well as informative. Recommend it. I'm of pensioner age and I took an 11 year. Both loved it.
Such a cool experience and an amazing insight into Thames Gold Mining. Loved the underground tunnels and the stories of the workers, conditions etc. Big thank you to our guide as well, she was lovely and very informative!
