Really tasty Thai food and the nicest people! The veggie spring rolls are amazing. I also had the Thai crispy salad - so flavourful and a generous portion. My friends’ noodle dishes looked good, too.nnI’ve been twice now - it’s our favourite place to stop when passing through Taihape from Wellington. If you don’t see the food cart in town, just call!

Best thai food for miles around. Spring rolls are the tastiest I've eaten in NZ!nAlways fresh, heaps of veg, flavour and spice how you want it. The owner is the nicest person, great to have a chat with. We always stop here when we are away from wellington and it never disappoints! Worth calling ahead to see where Cab is parked up, sometimes she is at home but still makes you delish food.
So glad we stopped by for lunch from the food truck. Some of the best, most authentic thai we’ve ever had and the owner couldn’t be more kind. The chicken skewers came with a sauce I’ll be dreaming about for years. Do yourself a favor and treat yourself to this delicious food!
We have tried Thai Happy's food twice already, and your food is amazing! So tasteful and the ingredients are beautiful!
