Food was OK. Service was possibly the worst I have come across. This place used to be quite good but now its better to avoid. There's only one harried owner/waitress/barmaid/hostess trying to do everything. Running around like a headless chook at best. Wait times were ridiculous. Go elsewhere.
Thai Flame is a genuine thai restaurant. Warm, cozy and delicious food. Customer service is brilliant. If you're ever in east tamaki try this place. My friends and I all got separate dishes and they did not disappoint.
AMAZING FOOD..!! Large area - good for group bookings and functions. Sercive is excellent and the food is to die for! One of the best Thai restaurants I have been to. Highly recommended!!
We had our work Christmas Dinner there. The service was horrendous. We found a bug in the rice and my colleague got a chicken dish that clearly smelled like the chicken was off - the waitress responded to our complaints in a very rude manner, didn't apologise or offered a replacement for the meal. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

Food was very average. As usual it is on the sweeter side, the meat were all over cooked.. quite tough to eat. Not a lot of dine ins , there were only three tables full with the rest empty. A good place to have some meetings and discussions since there aren't much people.
