Story

My love for cakes started at the ripe age of 5 when I would spend hours looking through Woman's Weekly Birthday Cake book, I think birthday cake planning started about 4 months in advance.
I was fortunate enough to have a Mum who encouraged being creative in the kitchen and was incredibly patient. She was my first teacher and passed on her genuine love of baking.
It wasn't long until I was the one baking cakes for my family and friends. I studied Professional Cookery and Patisserie at Otago Polytech in 2007 for 2 years. I worked my way around New Zealand working in various Cafes until more recently working in Melbourne Cafes for the past 6 years.
i am unbelievably excited to be back in my hometown to start this journey of love.
