I just turned up with a flat tyre. I was met by really friendly staff who dealt with the issue immediately. Very friendly from everyone I spoke to. It was so refreshing to have such a positive outcome. I was "tyred" and the invitation to a free coffee whilst I waited was a welcome distraction. This definitely was a five star service.

Visiting Taupo from Hawkes Bay..... Great service from these guys. All I needed was a a wheel change between... road tyre and spare cos of a badly worn tyre. Pain in the arse job for them. ...but was carried out like I was spending a million bucks.... SO GREAT

I was stranded in Taupo in the middle of the shopping centre with a flat tyre. I desperately called tyre company's that passer by people recommended but none would come to my assistance. I goggled nearest tyre place and Terrys Tyres came up. Feeling shattered at my experience with the other tyre places I didn’t hold out much hope that I would get help. I Rang Terrys Tyres. The phone was answered by a very pleasant and helpful lady. She said they don’t usually go out to do punctures but one moment and I will ask. Bingo a few minutes later she came back and said we certainly will help you and a very nice young man arrived to help me. For that I bought 2 new tyres off them. Terry’s Tyre service. “Thank you “.
