Tenpin Bowling Manukau

Pretty disappointed unfortunately. Lack of selection of bowling balls to suit my size forced me to use a smaller ball that caused pain and blisters to my hand. Even worse that the balls got stuck multiple times which meant I had to use an even smaller ball. This didn't result in much fun as we couldn't play properly and felt somewhat like a waste of money. It would be nice if there was more selection. The staff member that served us was very helpful however and prices aren't too bad. Would like to see some more selection of bowling balls if I were to come back.

The lady with short hair and spex lady was very rude and disgusting plz change her otherwise loss for your business today she didn’t give us a tickets if she returing your 4 customers in half an hour just think about how many customers she returned or refused to give them tickets and where your business will go She is big loss for your business i know she is also human being but she dont know even 1 percent how to behave with customers she has anger issues I think not recommended

Great staff. A few bowling balls a bit uneven. Slightly outdated equipment. But it all does the job.

Friendly, helpful staff. The place could do with abit of a spruce up, dark and dreary looking.

Rude customer service. The lady with the short hair. I was not impressed at all just moved back home. Wanting to take my 90yo greatgrand manukau tenpin bowling as he use to do when I was a kid and I hadn’t been since. I was originally gonna take him botany cause I know how lit it is there but he insisted we go to manukau She made it the worst experience ever. Bare in mind she was so rude to the customers before me I thought she was just a racist woman then she done it to me and I was like na this is just her. I was using my manners the whole time and she spoke as if I was stupid. I’ll come in and make a formal complaint if this doesn’t reach anyone because she needs to be dealt with. We didn’t get our bowling shoes I asked and paid for 3 games she only done 2 games. The whole experience was ruined cause she didn’t take care of us properly.

Seriously run down and in need of a refurb. Scoring kept breaking down, facilities are broken and needs a good clean. The staff member that was trying to fix our broken scoring system was helpful, but quite stressed as lots of people having issues.

Disgusting rude behaviour from staff. The lady with short hair and glasses is disrespectful. If you do not know like the job just leave, seemed like she was fed up of the job. Always answered back with attitude.Would never go back there.

Well run and friendly staff.

This has had a big face lift which has done the place some good. Much more open then it has been in the past.

Weird vibe for my old self lol
