My favourite spot to stay when I travel late between Dunedin and Christchurch.nnFor $60 you get a full cabin for yourself with linen and towels or $50 without those, free hot showers please limit to 6 minutes max, communal kitchen - all the standard package of a holiday park.nnSound insulation in cabins not very good and curtains are not black out my sleep is quite sensitive but it's just a holiday park, can't ask for too much for this price tag.nnBest of all, there's always a vacancy even at peak season. Perhaps because bookings can be done only by phone or email or in person so many unwitty tourists don't even know it exists? Anyway I hope it stays that way :
What an absolute find!!! Great stay, staff go above and beyond, easter program is a definite for any family. Clean and lots things close by to do.
Cannot fault the camp staff both the young man whom is a permanent camper and the younger woman I spoke to on the phone were both so great when we advised them that a permanent camper kept staring at us like she owned the place and made us feel unwelcome. If you come across someone staring at you from a permanent camp site stare back it worked for us. Will def be back thanks twmuka holiday park

Lovely park. Very quiet close to town centre, clean with excellent facilities. Not expensive
