TEKAPO TAXIS - GETTING YOU THERE

Established in 2017 by Billy Morgan, Tekapo Taxis is Mackenzie District's first Taxi Service. The 'TOURISM BOOM' within Mackenzie/Lake Tekapo and Billys' passion for Driving and Health and Safety, sparked the idea to start a service that is greatly needed.

Within Tekapo Village - $10 First Person + 5PP for Additional Passengers,
Beyond Tekapo Village - Rates Available upon Enquiry.

Billy, the owner, was one of the kindest, most helpful people we met our whole trip. He stayed up extra late to pick us up from our stargazing tour and offered to let us borrow his tripod because we forgot ours. Even though it’s the only taxi service in town, I would absolutely recommend his company to everyone!
Excellent innovative Taxis service in an area where it is totally needed. Lovely driver who made my day.
