I just purchased some local pounamu here. The shop had stunning pieces/artwork on show, with much more in the store than I realised, with pieces ranging in price. Run by locals, selling jade crafted by them, it’s a small, independent, authentic place to buy kiwi jade.
The woman who operates this shop approached us with a temperamental attitude, and managed to offend both my mother and me all in one go. We will not be returning!
