Outstanding customer service at TechPro Rolleston today. Went in to buy a case for an old model phone and got such extraordinary helpful service to advise, select, clean, fit, then bought another item that I couldn't find anywhere else, also fitted, discount for second purchase. Both staff so friendly, kind at the time I was in their they were helping an elder navigate retrieving her Facebook password!. They really take their customer experience seriously. Highly recommend this store!
Took my phone for a replacement battery. The men were amazing,so helpful and friendly. They also found a card slide think that's what it is called as stupidly I had lost the one for my phone. The thing that holds the sim card. Without this my phone would have been useless. Was so grateful for their help. ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place. Donna.
Took my phone in to be repaired. Was told it would only take a few days - it didn't. After waiting almost two weeks for my phone. I finally got it back with more damage. Won't connect it all to any networks. So, I'm unable to call or text or use my data. I have also sent emails and have yet to hear back.
The best place to buy used phones, guards, covers and fancy musical instruments.
