Thank you to the team at Massey Tech Crazy, they have gone beyond the expectation of customer service. I phoned up enquiring about an iPhone 11 which they got into the store within an hour for me to come look at much prefer shopping in store for things like this than online The service provided is of high standard, the staff are friendly, absolutely wonderful to deal with thank you so much.
Édit: I have received a refund after posting this bad review and emailing them. I will say that the customer service and return policy need to be revised completely. There are one too many cases of faulty products being sold in this store and way too many cases just like mine. It should not have taken this much effort to get a refund. Thank you for finally resolving the issue but it doesn’t take away from the fact that something needs to change. Tech crazy is a scam. Don’t go here unless you want faulty cheap products and a terrible refund and warranty policy. I bought a power bank and after two weeks of having it, it stopped charging completely. The refund policy is within 7 days which is too short of a time to find out if electronic goods work or not. Which I’m guessing it’s that way to scam you out of your money. If I spend $39 on a product I expect it to work for more than two weeks. I did click and collect and the only way to even “fix” the product is to ship it to them which takes time and money for a simple power bank when I live 10 minutes from the tech crazy I initially bought it from and could look at it themselves in person. If I could give zero stars I would. You’re better off going to PBtech.
Purchases galaxy buds for my partner for christmas, they arrived faulty and I sent them back to get repaired. Their warranty says it will take up to 21 working days for the item to be repaired and it has now been over that time period. I have emailed twice about the buds, first email said that they would request an update from the "technicians" i never got a reply after that. The second email i requested a refund, apparently because i sent them back and they're being repaired that i was ineligible for a refund and that they would once again request an update from the "technicians" It has been over a week since this email. Highly reccomend to NOT purchase from this website. Worst experience with a company that i have ever had.
These guys are awesome . Always found a great deals in this shop. Staff is very nice and friendly. 100% recommended.
Recently purchased a laptop after mine had completely died. Was going to purchase of PB tech but found the exact same one here for a much lower cost. Even in a level 4 lockdown shipping was incredibly fast. Purchased late at night, was shipped early next morning and the received it the next day. Recieved shipping updates along the way. Would recommend and purchase from these guys again
I purchased a pair of refurbished airpods which came with a used charging cable which stopped working after 2 months. I reached out to your support team who told me it was not possible that the charging was used when shipped and then ignored my further attempt at resolving the problem. I am editing my review because after posting the review and chasing them on FB, they graciously sent me a brand new charging cable. I think it was just a case of someone dropping the ball, not a reflection of the entire business.
Ordered some wireless earbuds online after calling both stores to check whether they had the item in-store. Excellent customer service - kept me informed with the whereabouts of my item at each step. Item was sufficiently packaged and protected from damage. Great pricing as well. I will definitely be ordering from TechCrazy again.
