Huge delays, think took from 3 months to get screen in and have installed, quoted two weeks. Poor quality repair, screen coming off phone couple of months later. Definitely best to try somewhere else.
Selling item with negative stock and did not contact until I waited long enough to contact them from my end. All they can offer is refund after wasting my time. It was by far the worst experience and would not recommend tech crazy to anyone who's close to ke.
Worst experience ever. They wrecked my phone when installing a new battery. A 2 hr service job turned into more than TWO months before I got it back. Now I do not have a working phone for my SIM card... and they dont seem to care one bit about their behaviour in compromising my perfectly good phone just needed a battery. Im shopping for a phone - but will never deal with these guys again.
Not happy at all, some of the best con artist's Ive ever met. My phone never got fixed at all and couldn't update and I was told never to update or it would crash again. So now I have a glorified camera with a big screen. Go somewhere else if you want your phone fixed you'll be better off .

Horrible people, absolutely disgusting service, screen fell of twice, they refused to refund money, I was threatened and told to f off. I lost 200 dollars , also have workmates who lost out with these clowns. This was last xmas, they keep deleting our reviews, and using there other shop names to give them selves good reviews. I see they also keep changing their trademe accounts when the reviews pile up. Hundreds of people in nz have lost money here. Good luck people, I suggest noel lemmings or something
Do not buy here like the previous review phone not fixed go and buy else where nothing but a con and a liar

Courteous & friendly staff, smoothly and efficiently repaired my broken phone screen. Highly recommend.
