Went to Tech4you , as they are local and I had read a report on them but cannot remember where I saw the report! Had a straightforward repair to my iPad . I found Arjun obliging and knowledgeable - he was able to provide me with a price and he advised me the time it would take him to complete the repair - estimate 1 - 3 days - actually , within 2 days. He provided extra service in recommending and fitting a protective screen and suitable cover. I am satisfied with this standard of the workmanship and impressed with the quality of the service. Bottom-tier service, quality and turnaround. My phone was dropped in a puddle causing typical water damage symptoms, cracked front and rear glass, broken port, front and rear cameras etc. Was charged $419 for the repair which is completely reasonable if they had managed it in under a month. They didn't, didn't respond to calls, texts, or any other method of communication. When it was returned, the phone was immediately noticeably worse for wear. For starters, they charged me for a broken front camera when it was completely working including Face ID functions and just for normal pictures. Then the touch screen began to glitch, wouldn't register any input and would also randomly go off on itself typing and incorrectly entering my password causing the phone to lock itself completely, I was unable to access it and couldn't even reset it from a laptop. The back glass then cracked completely through from a knee level drop onto the back in a life proof case. They use low quality/non apple glass which has many faults and isn't resilient, this basically makes you come back more for you to spend more money. Recently got my phone back for the 3rd time from them, the front screen isn't in place properly meaning my phone isn't waterproof and they have once again used poor quality glass. The touchscreen is also constantly glitching and zooming in and out/not registering input. Terrible service, products and quality. If I could good zero stars I would. Never go here.
My 10 years old laptop was not working properly due to multiple issues. I brought this in to Tech4You and they have made it working as brand new. I was advised of the cost upfront and the service was spot on.
Screen of phone was fixed, but now the phone itself has begun to run slower and the screen is late reacting to touch. Even the buttons being pressed got a slower reaction.
Arjun was absolutely fabulous. Speedy service and very reasonable rate to fix iPhone. Thank you!
