Cold called, Harassed me for months, then still offered poor service. Mislead me on price. A colossal waste of time.
I dont live locally, but was passing, they held a dell server for me. Then showed me some more bargains whilst i was there. What a goldmine of tech stuff!.
Outstanding customer service! 9 months after purchase I had an issue with my laptop trackpad and mouse. Dell customer support were useless, my local computer repair place couldn't find the fault. Sent it home to Techhut and they diagnosed the problem straight away, fixed it under warranty and had it back with me by the end of the week. Would firmly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.
Fantastic service, bought via eBay, collected as local. Loaded Microsoft Office for me as well. Great laptop, really pleased! Definitely recommend
