Positioned in the top 10 real estate consultants from 2006-2016 within Harcourts and recognised as No.1 Harcourts International Sales Consultant in 2011, 2013, 2014 & 2015. Matty has been involved in massive iconic sales on Auckland’s North Shore, including the landmark Gulf Harbour land sale ($35m), Sentinel Penthouse ($5.4m), and 50 Rosedale Road development project (6M+), Kowhai Road, Orewa ($12.5m), Pine Valley ($18m) and Albany Commerical Land ($35m).
