Both Mel and Kodee welcomed myself and my kids with open arms. Good family vibe with genuine people teaching their passion and inspiring not only just my kids but also everyone around them. Team Downs is more than a gym, it's one big family.

Team down gym is an awesome gym. Theyre very welcoming and supportive. Its a good way to stay fit and push your body to the limit. Kodee & mel work hard to push each individual. Cheers TEAMDOWNS HUAAA!!
