We did a wine tasting and it was amazing! A Rose, 3 Whites and a Red. Plenty of detail about their wines, insight into why things are done the way they are and just a lovely experience without pressure to buy. They’re just a bunch of people that love making and sharing wine. Plus their dogs are tremendous!
Our third wine tasting in NZ. By far the best one. Each wine had a distinctive character although balanced. Personal, family owned, and fun with an excellent explanation! Book your tasting in advance and make sure to buy some bottles for your family for the holidays
So extremely blessed to be able to score a tasting session even though they were closed for harvest season right time and day to be honest. Anna was so accommodating and so detailed in her explanation about the wines they produce. It’s a lovely family winery and we love this personal experience. Can’t help but to walk away with more bottles than our luggages could hold we’ll deal with that later.
The owner of this winery has great passion and love for wines, therefore they made good wines appreciate a lot the wine tasing!
We had a great cellar door experience with Lucy, she was really welcoming and guided us through the fantastic range of wines being produced at their vineyard. The passion for doing things as naturally and organically as possible really comes through and has resulted in great wines. One of the best cellar doors in the region
