I learnt valuable dialectic behavioural therapy skills through Te Whare Mahana. I learnt to build trusting relationships with some amazing coaches at this service. There are some amazing coaches.nnThe last 6 months I didn't get what I needed, I didn't get trauma treatment and told it was because of systemic issues. I learnt skills about DBT but didn't address any of the trauma of have support with home based services and now stuck with very little support.nnPlease make sure that the systemic issues aren't going to impact on your too because don't want anyone else to experience was I have and the aftermath of leaving a service with no support. I wish anyone who applies all the best and hope you don't have the same experience I did being told I slipped through the cracks.nnThis is my honest review and I hope it doesn't get cancelled for expressing my experience with TWM.
