Our dynamic team of Kaiwhakaaraara-Whānau Ora Navigators, supported by an Alliance Governance Group and Implementation Team, work alongside whānau to develop their plans for success.
Te Tihi Whānau Ora Navigation Service works alongside whānau to identify their aspirational dreams and create pathways to achieving them. The Whānau Ora Navigation Service is FREE and will provide positive and respectful support for Whānau.
