A great place for mixed activities such as pools, gym, and a area where local events are happening here and there. Services are great, they don't complain. Pool experience was abit shortened since some kid decided to go number two in the Pool unfortunately.nnOverall a great place to be.
Wouldn't recommend signing up to gym here. Was told if my payments were paid past my 6month contract. That I would get refunded the remaining money they took from my account. Thats over $100 in fees I paid extra. I then Called today to discuss and cancel my membership as I am working full time. The same lady had an attitude when I asked for my refund. Then told me I wasn't told I would get refunded. Even though she was the same old Maori lady whom signed me up! I'll be looking over my contract again. I hope it makes you feel great stealing money from a mother!
The facilitie is nice,nThe pool is not bad, swimming lanes for adults, waves pool for the kids, slides and an inflatable ninja lane on the water that was a lot of fun, hot tubs, dry and wet sauna and swimming erea for the kids.nAll and all it was nice, but very crowded kids are on a break, the showers and dressing rooms needed some more attention and basically there was no place to sit at all, or even a proper place to put our stuff..nWe did managed eventually and everyone had fun.nThank you
Disappointing trip in with van load of kids for a birthday party. I know this pool is cool. My daughter requested it specifically for her birthday party so we made the 40 minute drive down. The wave pool was operating and they were waiting and told ten mins - for 50 mins. Because of a small handful of kids they kept saying not yet wait another ten minutes - they ruined it for everyone. Seriously - kick those little bleeps out. Don’t let it ruin the gig for the 60 other kids waiting by cancelling the wave pool. Have a strategy to exit the ones doing whatever it was they were doing.
