Had a quick fix for recoil starter of my mower and the staff didn't let me pay.
Wanted parts for my trusty 30 year old mower. The lady who served me produced the parts from their parts store and within a few minutes I was set with everything needed. Recommend this store.
Best service and advice. Great company to deal with.
The folk who work here are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Had trouble with my chainsaw. They were able to fix it quickly and did not charge for the work. This is the "old-school" customer service you rarely get these days and the reason why this type of small local business will always get my recommendation and loyalty.
Really helpful and knew their stuff. Even sourced me a second part to help keep cost down. Went above and beyond even when it meant not making as much money. Really friendly too.

Brilliant service! Took my chainsaw in as a big hardware store sold me the wrong chain, these guys got me sorted, changed it for me too and took a real interest in the work I was doing with it and gave me some really great advice, was quite a bit cheaper that the hardware store, with the addition of great service too.
Ran over a small hidden stump and took my mower in because it was vibrating badly and the blade was damaged. My wife had "misplaced" my hammer so i took it in and walked out 5 minutes later all fixed and refused to accept any payment. Nice people and will always recommend...
