One of my favorite places to visit other then a book shop in te puke.friendly helpfull stuff. Well set out. Easy access to your hold books. Easy to pick up. Iam not good at looking for books in alphabetical order. Staff happy to show you. Huge part of my life the library. Easy to use app. Also have borrow book app. For ebook readers. Te puke library is one of my happy places.
Was great, licence renewal was easily done, nice staff service
Really pleasant. Questions were answered and as well as efficiency being exercised it was done with an understanding of the client's needs and a charming sense of humour.
Fabulous helpful staff.
My visit was completely ruined by rude staff with bad attitudes. I am very disappointed and I do not want to return. It's a shame because this library has free WiFi inside and out, toilets and plenty of plugs and places to sit and use a laptop or charge devices. It could be great but the staff are a let down.
