One of my favorite places to visit other then a book shop in te puke.friendly helpfull stuff. Well set out. Easy access to your hold books. Easy to pick up. Iam not good at looking for books in alphabetical order. Staff happy to show you. Huge part of my life the library. Easy to use app. Also have borrow book app. For ebook readers. Te puke library is one of my happy places.

Such great help with the computers. needing to get an employment agreement away quickly and the home printer/scanner met its untimely demise. The librarians are my saving grace...AGAIN.
My visit was completely ruined by rude staff with bad attitudes. I am very disappointed and I do not want to return. It's a shame because this library has free WiFi inside and out, toilets and plenty of plugs and places to sit and use a laptop or charge devices. It could be great but the staff are a let down.
Te Puke library is great. It is also the Western Bay of Plenty council office.nI ordered a book a while ago and they texed me to say it was now available. Great service.
