The pharmacists really know what they are doing! Can have busy periods but they are great in managing them and always make you feel special!
The young lady on in the afternoon on Friday 29 Nov 2021 could be a little more customer friendly, seemed blunt. Other staff are more friendlier. Just my opinion, but I wouldnt want to be served by her again.
If you like paying twice the price for supplements, then this is the pharmacy for you. I recently went in to get a health supplement which was $54 and the exact same product and pill count was $24.95 through an online chemist. So shop around if you are not in a hurry! Staff are polite and this is why you get three stars, two off for product value.

Rakesh and staff are helpful and polite. The pharmacist needs to learn manners though. Blaming how busy you are today does not excuse the fact the prescription was dropped off a week ago and is still not done. An apology for your own incompetence is better than being rude and trying to lay the blame on the customer.
I am happy to unicem staff members who always really do their job perfectly and always offer me good products. Thank you Anil for your great efforts.
We were on our way from Taupo to Waitomo and stopped at Te Kuiti for lunch. We saw Unichem pharmacy and went in to buy some medicine and band aid. It was quite a large outlet with good stock. The staff were good and got us what we wanted quickly. Overall experience was good

Anil and all the staff heresies absolutely awesome, even through COVID 19, these guys still delivered their same professional services.
