For the complete tikanga Māori health experience Te Kohao Health is your one stop medical centre. With simply amazing architecture and Te Ao Māori decor, a pharmacy, cafe etc this is the right place to go. Eager and enthusiastic doctors willing to go the second mile. Your loved ones will be treated with dignity and respect.
Good service when you are lucky enough to get a hold of reception. Although I'm sure they have their work cut out for them I can't help but feel some kind annoyance when they don't answer. However, health care is a demanding industry and that I understand.
Just enrolled. Seams like an awesome place. Staff are alot friendlier than another doctors that I went to sign up with when I first moved to Hamilton. The staff member here actually took the time to help me with the enrollment process. And explained the process of what happens next. Where as the first doctors I went to kept sending me emails for different things i needed to register. Which was really annoying. Where Te Kahao Health asked and answered any questions I needed to know straight away on enrollment. Definitely wouldn't go anywhere else after having someone that listens to what you need to know and is helpful in making your visit more pleasant. And the fact that I forgot my phone. And instead of making me wait until they opened the following Monday. They respectively waited an extra 15 minutes after closing. For me to pick my phone up. Legend I'd say. Thank you Te Kahao Health
Helpful reception staff very accomodating the forefront to all good business. The medical staff Gp's and nurses put you at ease at appt's and take the time to explain your health needs. The pharmacy onto itnStaff will help you endlessly so thankyou Te Kohao Health you's are the best
Just love this place. The staff are very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The services are incredible. What amazes me is that I have a doctor who genuinely cares.nI believe they are the best primary care medical provider in Hamilton.
