Had one of the last sessions of the day.nThe location is gorgeous situated on the domain whereas if we had an early booking we would’ve explored the domain.nIt is a run down place, tacky with some of the ornaments on the window sills.nNot much information is given on the minerals in the spa. Usually you get abit of information and background so you know what you’re sitting in and its benefits. Having an in person interaction would have elevated the experience.nNevertheless, we had about an hour in the spa where we can control the bubbles and temperature which we loved! The booking also includes a private change room including toilet and shower which was also another bonus.nWith the price, we’d expect at least towel service just like other spas we’ve been to but there is an extra charge.nStaff are friendly and welcoming.nOverall, was an interesting experience but will not be returning.
It is a great location for a weekend relaxation. The showers, toilet and the changing rooms are very cleannThe entry price is reasonable as well. We enjoyed both outdoor spa and pool. The Te Aroh domain is great as well. It is convenient as there is a cafe close by.
Service and staff were fantastic! Staff big on client safety which was great to see.nnGreat place to Relax and recharge, and very Private, love the ability to self regulate the temperature of the water. Definitely coming back soon.nnDraw backs... no hair dryer available and the buzzer was a little frightening after a lovely quiet dip...lol
Wife & I had a wonderful time at this spa, complete privacy romance package! with neat spacious room for changing & shower +toilet. Staff were great and arranged everything for our session & we loved it!nYou can control the temperature of the water & turn on/off bubbles in the tub. Highly recommend visiting atleast once for a relaxing & peaceful time
Really enjoyed the spa here. The large wooden barrels were lovely and comfortable, as was the waft of essential oils in the air and the cool breeze perfectly offsetting the temperature of the water, which we were able to set to perfection. Would have rated it 5 stars if all the staff were friendly not just the younger ones, there was no loud buzzer jarring us back to reality at the end the blue light would do and if the plants were real. Overall though, a lovely experience and highly recommended. We didn't upgrade to the Valentine's day package, and it was still great.
