My experience with TBT Property management as a tenant is one of best in 15 years since I am here. As very realistic when do the Inspection and also respond to the maintenance issues in timely manner. Highly recommend

I have been using their property management services for more than three years, all I can say that bunch of good guys and girls. Never had any issues, team is very professional and friendly. They rates are the best in the market with top notch service level.

Renters stay away from this agency!! We had to involve our lawyer in order to have our bond refunded. Our bills were constantly incorrect, no new tenancy agreement was signed when we renewed, they would schedule inspections and viewings and then not turn up. In the end it was a nightmare and months after moving out we had not received our bond after lack of communication. There are so many people working at this agency, you never get the same person emailing or calling and it is so frustrating. Do not recommend at all.

**Warning - Do NOT rent with this company** The most incompetent and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. House we moved into was incredibly dirty and filled with previous tenants junk and TBT were impossible to get ahold of. When you do actually manage to get in touch, they are extremely difficult to work with and unhelpful with the person you are dealing with changing every single email. No concerns around the house maintenance were ever acknowledged and dealt with. Moving out of the house and hearing the new governmental plans to regulate property managers are the best moments I've had all year. 1 star rating is too high with any positive ratings being either fake cross reference review names with staff names on company website or house owners being unaware of what's going on behind the scenes with the tenants. You can see how many of the negative reviews have upvotes compared to any of the fake 5 star ones. If you are considering renting with this company, take my advice and run for the hills.

I‘m shocked this property management is still operating. If you’re considering renting a house through tbt property management, save yourself the stress and frustration - don’t do it. Trust me. I’ve never in my life known a business to be so unprofessional and incapable of doing their job correctly. They need to go back to school and learn how to communicate properly.
