Taylor acts as a guide to help people find their own practice in creating and maintaining a meaningful relationship with movement, nature and consciousness. This relationship is key for managing stress, fostering purpose and deepening a sense of connection to ones self and solidarity with the world in which we live.
Creating an approach to wellness that is not about adding a bunch of 'stuff' into peoples' lives, but rather bringing an awareness to the potential of what already exists; allowing for the intimate relationship between movement, nature and consciousness to serve us in leading more meaningful lives.
