A great little park adjacent to Papamoa Beach with a grassy play area, parking lot, boat ramp, public bathrooms, and picnic tables.nEasy access to the beach for swimming, sunning, relaxing, surfing, beach walks, fishing, or digging shellfish at low tide.nAlso, a great place to relax and have lunch, dinner, or a cookout with your family with views of the beach and the ocean.
Not here 20 mins & had to extinguish a fire that was deliberately lit in one of the rubbish bins at midnight only to be kicked out by security at 2am because of the S/C regulations even tho my vehicle is not self contained and the ute that came in after me was not told to move on .
There are a really lovely dunes and viewpoints around.
Very nice spot, but stink on Tauranga city council only allowing two motorhomes to park overnight.
Not much there. Could do with more seating and a BBQnHow about some lights strung up it is the holiday season. There was a car parked nearby with his foot constantly on the gas. Revving the hell out of it. Scarred us all away at dusk.
