Obviously, this has no bearing on what Taylor Jones Partnership do within their business, but I just thought I would share my experience on here with applying for a job with Taylor Jones. I applied for an internship with Taylor Jones and went through a four stage recruitment process over four weeks, this involved a phone call, Zoom call, task in my own time and finally an in-person interview. Everyone involved was really friendly and very responsive over email. My in-person interview was positive it was even hinted that I had got the job and I was told that I would hear back from them the following week. It has now been four weeks since then and, despite sending multiple emails myself, I have heard absolutely nothing and been ignored. I just really wanted to share this experience as I thought this was very poor, especially considering that Taylor Jones are a recruitment company themselves and I went through such a long and time consuming process. As I stated earlier, this obviously has no bearing on what Taylor Jones does in day-to-day business, as I am sure many have had positive experiences with them as a recruiter, I just wanted to share this experience with anyone who might be considering working for Taylor Jones.
This was the first time talking with Taylor Jones Partnership in London. We had a great conversation about open positions which where mostly remote jobs. After a structured and well organised recruiting process we finally arrived for contract signature. Excellent experience!
