Pat and Brenda have been playing taichijuan (tai chi) since 2005. We are passionate about the multiple benefits of taichijuan and qigong and want to share them with everyone!

It was really good and the staff were friendly and helpful. I found out that the tawa jigsaw library is there and when the community centee is open you can use it.

Great free room for meeting to organise the Christmas Parade
We have monthly meetings there in the Boardroom, well set up although always very warm in there and need to put air con on to reduce the heat. Kitchen good s well.
Very friendly staff. She was really helpful and kind. The centre is nice and quiet. There's a special area for kids, accessibility parking and toilet. General public parking is 120 min, but accessibility parking is At all times. You can still find free on street parking around. The community centre is near Tawa library, shops and New World supermarket. Very convenient location. New office hours, by the way, from 9 am to 1pm, Monday to Friday as shown in picture
Great and easy to access public facilities, very handy, good parking options, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I used for a private meeting.
Very nice place for community gatherings. It has good facilities and big halls. It is next to New World. Another advantage for last minute shopping items you may need for your gathering.
Good place for meetings, but gets really hot when the place is full. Need fresh air flowing through.
I have been going to the community centre for a while now and the staff are very helpful there are plenty of activities to participate in every day of the week so if you are in Tawa I recommend you have a visit to this community centre
Warm Hospitality Peaceful friendly environment music Hot Coffee always ready just switch on kettle good limited nbr books to read and always warm friendly Ms Mendy ready to listen help whatever possibly she can do with the facilities provided by fantastic Wellington City Council Absolutely Positively mindset to provide best community service, spend time at center meet amazing New Zealanders ! Me Indian visitor here for three months! Every thing just lovingly beautiful! Thanks, Thanks, Thanks!
